We want you to love your ordniva purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
30-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Start a Return
Email us at with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you instructions for returning the item, including the return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
